We work with several local and regional jelly farms.  Because these are smaller producers they use better and fresher ingredients to produce our jams and preserves.  All of our jellies, jams, and spreads are slow-cooked in an open kettle and sweetened with pure cane sugar.  We hope to get the chance to serve you in our shop, but if you can't make it in you can easily browse our online selection.
